Medication Isn't The Answer:

     My experience was similar...

     When I was suffering from panic attacks I was prescribed Zoloft by a psychiatrist. It made me feel exhausted and robbed of my personality... and I felt like I was watching my life, not living it.

     Despite being on this powerful medication for months, I still had a terrifying panic attack while waiting to introduce myself to a group of coworkers at a training class.

     It was proof to me that medication doesn't prevent panic attacks
